Welcome to the 2025-26 School Year at Moreland Elementary!

We are honored and excited to serve the students, families, and communities of Moreland Elementary for the upcoming 2025-26 school year.

Our team has been hard at work all summer, dedicated to creating a program that provides Moreland students with an environment where they can build positive and respectful relationships. We've focused on developing a curriculum that is relevant to their lives and designing rigorous instruction that keeps them engaged and motivated to be their best. Together, as educators and parents, we can and will empower our students to reach their fullest potential.

"Working together to be our best, Growing and learning is our quest" is the motto recited daily at Moreland Elementary. Our students, staff, teachers, and community are deeply committed to working as partners to keep Moreland Elementary a safe and thriving campus. We strive to support, encourage, and challenge all to grow, learn, and be respectful and compassionate to others. Always working to support the vital partnership between home and school, the Moreland Elementary faculty and staff remain wholly committed to ensuring a positive and productive educational experience for every student.

One of the most rewarding aspects of being an educator is the opportunity to view the start of every school year as a new beginning. Our 2025-26 theme is "Work in Progress: I Am the BUILDER of My Best Life." This theme encourages every student to recognize their agency and potential in shaping their own future. We believe that by focusing on growth and self-improvement, our Wildcats will be inspired to continuously build towards their personal best. We encourage each parent or guardian to find an area or event where your time and talents can best shine. Whether it's volunteering in the classroom or library, participating in any of our PTO activities, or supporting learning at home, your help and support are greatly appreciated.

We are delighted to have the chance to work with you and your child this year. Without a doubt, it is going to be a great year for all of our Moreland Wildcats!
